Amazon Web Services (AWS) is headed to Detroit, Michigan for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2022. We are thrilled to connect with the Open Source community in person to share what we’ve been working on, and learn about how our customers, partners, and community members are innovating and using Kubernetes.

AWS Container Day

We will kick the week off with the 7th installment of AWS Container Day featuring Kubernetes, a full day of learning and discussion about Amazon EKS and Kubernetes at AWS. Hosted by Sai Vennam of Containers from the Couch, we will cover new launches, demo products and features, and answer questions about Kubernetes at AWS. We plan to talk about observability, security, cost optimization, GitOps/Multi-cluster management, and hybrid Kubernetes workloads.

How to register

There is no additional cost to attend, but pre-registration is required as seating is limited. You can register for AWS Container Day sessions when you register for KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2022 or update your registration to include AWS Container Day sessions.

Throughout KubeCon, AWS speakers, partners, and experts will share the latest in Kubernetes and CloudNative. In addition to the presentation sessions, AWS will host the EmpowerUS breakfast on Wednesday morning as well as a peer group mentoring and career networking opportunity. This year, we’re also supporting GitOpsCon North America, an event designed to foster collaboration, discussion, and knowledge sharing on GitOps.

You can find the full list of AWS and AWS-partnered sessions occurring the week of the conference on our event page.

Meet AWS experts at our booth

While you’re at KubeCon, stop by our booth (D1) Wednesday through Friday where you can get your questions answered by AWS experts, grab a coffee on us, and attend one of our 13 booth breakout sessions. Our booth breakout sessions will be given by AWS Kubernetes experts on topics like batch processing on Kubernetes, operational best practices, observability, multi-tenancy, cluster security.

In addition to the breakout sessions, we’ll have experts on hand to talk about how you’re using Kubernetes and help with best practices and advice. Stop by or request a meeting with an AWS expert here.

We can’t wait to see you in person in Detroit!
